Price guarantee 

We offer a lowest price guarantee on our accommodation. In the unlikely event that you find the same accommodation cheaper with another operator, we will refund you the difference. To claim under the lowest price guarantee, please contact our customer service's team within 48 hours after completing your booking with all the details about the other offer, including a link to the operator in question that clearly shows the lower price.


The lowest price guarantee only applies if the following criteria are met: 


The other offer must be bookable online and valid for the same period. 

It must be the same hotel/accommodation

The same check-in and check-out dates 

The same room type/apartment type 

The same room conditions, including cancellation conditions, meals and any other conditions 

Your original booking with is one that can be changed


You cannot claim under the lowest price guarantee if: 


You use member discounts or other discount codes. 

You receive a special VIP price or returning customer price. 

You use an offer from a customer club or loyalty points 

You use a special offer provided by the accommodation or other reward scheme 

You book unspecified. In other words, you do not know which hotel/accommodation or which

accommodation type you will be staying in until after you have booked. 

You do not contact us before departure.

We strive to always have up-to-date information on the website, but this information is continuously updated and it can happen that in some cases a trip cannot be booked at the advertised
