Costa Verde Apartments

The Costa Verde Apartments offer 3 two storey buildings with a total of 18 apartments. The complex is located 1,5 km from the beach and 1 km away from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a bus stop in front of the establishment. The nearest golf course is 7 km away, Benidorm is 15 km away and the Alicante airport is 70 km from the property.

The facilities and services include outdoor pool with children’s section, sun terrace and garden.

The apartments are equipped with dining/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double or twin beds, TV, A/C and heating, fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, utensils and coffee maker, balcony or terrace and bathroom with shower.

Guests must advise in advance upon reservation, thereby informing the establishment of their flight arrival time in order to collect the keys for the apartments.

In the complex there is a caretaker for key collection and security. Upon reservation you will be inform that a damage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival of 150 € per apartment. It will be refundable after the apartment inspection at the end of the stay.

Services include: water, gas, electricity and weekly cleaning service.

There is a garage space for each apartment (with extra charge).
