Many families with children choose to live in Gusjöbyns Tomtområde when it has walking distance to everything. Detached chalet of 37 m². The cottage is personally furnished, built in the mid 70's, renovated in 2014. Highchair. Cot (bring duvet, pillow and linens to the cot). Drying cabinet. 1 parking space. Motor heater outlet on the large house by the veranda. (Long cord is needed.)
Large cabin with kitchen area containing: fridge (approx. 160 l) with freezer (approx. 60 l), stove with oven and micro. The living room contains a sofa, dining table and TV (cable TV).
4 beds spread over 1 bedroom 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
1 WC. Separate shower. Access to sauna in a cottage in the yard whick is shared with guests in 27A
Lift / slopes: 200 m to the Gondola Ski path * property line, down to the Gondola
Smoking and animal bans. This is a mediated accommodation.
