Familiar and cosy cottage. Many families with children choose to stay in Gusjöbyns Tomtområde since its walking distance to Tranantorget. Detached cottage at about 79+10 sqm. The cabin is personally decorated and built in the 70´s. The balcony is facing west.

Entrance on the lower floor with stairs to the upper floor. Shot dryer and drying cabinet are located in the hallway. Three parking spots at the entrance. Ski storange with lock.

Upper floor: Kitchen area with connecting living room, including television and fire place. Wood is included in the cabin. The kitchen is partly renovated containing stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Generous dining area with several seats and exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture. Highchair, cot (bring duvet, pillow and linens to the cot) and child frame are available in the accomodation.

8+2 beds devided in two bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 family bed (120/80cm) and 1 bunk bed (80/80 cm) 1 bedroom with 1 family bed (120/80cm) and 1 bunk bed (80/80 cm)

1 WC/shower

Lift/piste: About 200 m to ski path* down to the gondola.

*Open with acess to natural snow. Is not included in the snow guarantee.

Smoking and animal band. This is a mediated accomodation.
