Detached cottage, 68 sqm and 23 sqm sleeping loft (Construction year 2015) in a quiet area with easy access to some of our wonderful cross-country ski tracks. The cottage is personally furnished and has a terrace facing west. WIFI**. Highchair. Cot (bring duvet, pillow and linens to the cot). Drying cabinet. Washing machine. Ski storage. Barbecue area 1 parking space. Charging pole for electric car is provided by cottage owners at an additional cost. Payment information is available in the cottage.

Large cabin with kitchen area containing: Dishwasher Refrigerator / freezer cooker with oven and microwave. The living room contains a fireplace, sofa (sofa bed), dining table and TV (cable TV).

9 + 2 beds distributed in 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft (possibility of two extra beds available on the sofa in the family room). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 1 family bed (140/80 cm) Sleeping loft with 4 beds

Lift / slopes: approx. 200 m to ski road *, approx. 400 m to connection lift Domherren (replift) * and Fr Domherrens lift to piste (children's area) approx. 300 m.

Cross-country skiing: * about 250 m from the cottage. Smoking and animal bans. This is a mediated accommodation.
