For arrivals after reception hours, please advise the booking department. Late check in is from 19h00 until 21h00 - extra cost to be paid directly / From 21h00 until 24h00 - extra cost to be paid directly. Estimated check-in time should be previously informed (best 24h before) to reservas@garvetur.pt or 00351 968 577 123. If the hotel is not informed, a late check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that cleaning and change of towels once for stays longer than 7 nights, change of sheets for stays longer than 10 nights. Stays of up to 6 nights do not have a cleaning service.

The Company has the right to demand for a security deposit to the customers on the check in day. T0 -300€; T1 – 400€; T2 – 500€; T3 – 600€;Villas: V1 – 400€; V2 – 500€; V3 – 600€; V4 – 700€; V5 – 800€. The deposit will be returned when delivering the key and after the accommodation inspection.
