Only 3 km above San Giustino awaits you this former farmhouse in a picturesque hilly location, with huge property (65 ha): The living area, lovingly furnished with rustic antiques, is on the 1st floor (the rooms in the basement are closed).
In front of the house you will find a sunny sitting area and a wonderful natural plot - completely fenced - with meadows, fruit trees, small woods; enclosures with horses and sheep - and even its own spring! Games for children and opportunity for sporting activities (volley, bocce, badminton, two mountain bikes) are not missing. A little below flows a cool mountain stream - here bathing, especially for children, becomes a very special experience.
Directly from the house you can reach the picturesque monasteries of St. Francis on hiking trails, or trek through the forests of the natural park to the top of Alpe della Luna (1,450 m). Warm thermal baths can be found at Città di Castello (10 km). A few kilometers away are the charming towns of Sansepolcro 6 km, Anghiari (15 km) and Città di Castello (10 km), which are well worth a visit: medieval streets and squares with colorful life. Since you are in the border area of Tuscany, Umbria and the Marches, you can easily reach the worth seeing cities of all three regions from here: Arezzo (50 km), Urbino (40 km), Perugia (65 km), Assisi (80 km). Also a bathing day on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea is no problem from here (Fano 90 km) .
