In the same building there is also the vacation accommodation IUS147 and five other accommodation units. IUS146 and IUS147 are comfortably and tastefully furnished, in a quiet position with a wide view over the plain to Mount Subasio and Assisi.The guests of the house have at their disposal the garden area with various sitting areas and pool and a frescoed common room. In the tavern the owners run a ristorante with a garden restaurant, where you can end an eventful day with local specialties and a glass of Sagrantino. These apartments are suitable starting points for visiting the medieval towns of the area - Montefalco (10km), Assisi and Spello (20km) , Perugia (40km), Todi (25km) and many more, but there are also numerous medieval castles in the area.
